Fee Basis

There is no charge for an initial consultation to discuss any issues you are experiencing with your home, condominium, or townhouse. We evaluate every claim thoroughly to determine its likelihood of success in order to provide you with a realistic assessment of your claim’s viability. If a claim is brought, our fee is charged on a contingency basis, meaning you don’t owe us any fees unless you receive a recovery. Our fees are paid out of the gross amount we may recover for you before deducting expenses from any recovery.
